Laughlin welcomed 133,000 visitors in May, a 3.1% increase compared to May 2025. Through the first five months of the year, visitation reached 612,000, up 5.7% from the same period last year.

Gaming Revenue
Gaming revenue was $40.98 million during May 2026, a -5.2% decrease from the $43.21 million reported in May 2025. Despite the monthly decline, the market has remained positive overall for the fiscal year. From July 2025 through May 2026, Laughlin has generated $453.5 million in gaming revenue, a 1.7% increase over the $445.9 million recorded during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
The numbers indicate that while May was a softer month for casino win, Laughlin's gaming industry continues to outperform last year's pace over the longer term, highlighting the market's resilience.
Overall Outlook
Looking beyond May, there are some encouraging signs. Year-to-date visitation remains up, and Laughlin's gaming industry has still produced positive fiscal year-to-date revenue. That suggests the market continues to generate strong gaming revenue over the longer term. Stable hotel performance and positive fiscal-year gaming results provide reasons for optimism as Laughlin enters the busy summer and fall travel season.
