Laughlin Tourism & Gaming Performance – April 2026

Visitor Volume Continues to Grow

The latest tourism numbers from LVCVA for April 2026 visitor volume and gaming revenue were both up compared to April 2025.

Laughlin had 134,000 visitors in April 2026, an increase of 9.8% over the 122,000 visitors recorded in April 2025. Year-to-date visitation is also up 6.4%, with 479,000 visitors, compared to the same period last year. This growth indicates continued interest in Laughlin as a destination

The April increase significantly outpaced Las Vegas, which saw visitation decline by 1.8% compared to April 2025. Laughlin also surpassed the overall Clark County gaming growth rate, which was just 4.7%. This showed a strong month for Laughlin's gaming and tourism.

Room Rates

Laughlin hotels continued to see growth in room pricing. Average Daily Room Rate (ADR): $55.02, up 5.0%. Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR): $29.16, down 0.9%.

Airport Traffic Soars in April

Air service to the Laughlin area posted impressive gains in April. Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport recorded 17,982 arriving and departing passengers, a 16.5% increase over April 2025. The strong growth suggests increased demand for fly-in visitors and helped support the destination's nearly 10% increase in overall visitation during the month.

While April was a standout month, year-to-date passenger counts remain slightly below last year's pace, with airport traffic down 3.7% through April. Even so, the strong April performance is encouraging and may indicate improving air travel demand heading into the busy summer tourism season.

Gaming Revenue

Laughlin casinos generated $46.97 million in gaming revenue during April, a 16.9% increase from April 2025. For the first four months of 2026, gaming revenue totaled $176.83 million, up 1.3% year-over-year.

April 2026 was a positive month for Laughlin's visitor economy, highlighted by 9.8% growth in visitation and a significant 16.9% jump in gaming revenue. This combination suggests that Laughlin's tourism industry remains resilient heading into the busy summer season.
