June lineup at L.A. Comedy Club inside the Edgewater Hotel Casino Resort is sure to have guests laughing all night long.  

Laughlin, Nevada—May 22, 2024—L.A. Comedy Club located inside the Edgewater Casino Resort continues its one-year anniversary celebration with a hilarious June lineup. Each week a new comedian takes over the stage and this month the comedians coming include Greg Wilson, Erik Knowles, Jake Baker and Julio Gonzalez. The new summer show schedule has 8 p.m. shows Wednesday through Sunday with an additional 6 p.m. show on Friday and Saturday.

L.A. Comedy Club will also celebrate National Best Friends Day on Saturday, June 8 with BOGO tickets available from Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9. Guests can grab their besties and redeem the discount with code “BFF” at checkout. Ticket prices begin at $19.95 plus taxes and fees and are available to purchase here.

Greg Wilson is a stand-up comedian and actor based out of Los Angeles. Wilson has performed on “Comics Unleashed” with Byron Allen and “Comedy. TV” on Showtime as well as some guest appearances on wildly popular television shows including "Modern Family," "Law & Order,” “Hawaii Five-O” and “Bones.” Wilson can also be found in a recent Geico commercial now airing on national TV. His impressive television career also includes three seasons of “World’s Dumbest” on TruTV, two seasons on VH1’s “The Greatest” and many other shows found on MTV, E!, TLC, TV Guide Network and more. Wilson also runs a stand-up comedy academy, The Comedy Institute, where he offers courses on storytelling, handling hecklers and other skills necessary for a successful career as a stand-up comedian.

Gibbs Saad is more commonly known as “Gibbs the Comegician.” Now based in El Paso, Texas, Saad started his career by learning magic while working at an illusions restaurant in Indianapolis. After learning some magic skills from seasoned professionals, he worked as a professional magician before graduating high school, performing for local political figures, Indy 500 drivers, NBA and NFL players and several Fortune 500 Companies. He gained notoriety within the magic community for his sharp wit and quick improv skills. Now Saad is known as an international touring stand-up comedian, and magician, whose unique humor and unscripted antics have earned him widespread recognition as one of the most original and entertaining performers in the Southwest.

  • Wednesday, June 12 through Sunday, June 16: Erik Knowles

Erik Knowles, a Texas native and former U.S. Marine, honed his comedic craft in San Diego where he climbed to the top ranks of the city’s extensive comedy scene over the course of 11 years. During his live shows and popular comedy albums, Knowles shares his experiences with parenthood, medicinal marijuana and the dangers of technology as well as his light-hearted views on politics. He has appeared on “Tonight” in San Diego, “Laughs” on Fox, “Man-up Stand-up” on Hulu and many others. His achievements include the “Veteran Achievement Award” at the San Diego Comedy Festival, “Best Comedian Award'' at the Veterans Choice Awards and first place in 2016’s “The World Series of Comedy” in Las Vegas.

  • Wednesday, June 19 through Sunday, June 23: Jake Baker

Jake Baker has spent over eighteen years performing grassroots stand-up throughout the U.S. and abroad. Inspired by an “askew” point of view complimented by his out-of-the-box thinking, he uses his resonating whim to connect and deliver life into every audience. Baker has appeared on national media outlets such as Sirius/XM Satellite and ESPN Radio as well as headlining at some of the most famous comedy clubs throughout the U.S. He also spent time in Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan performing for U.S. military troops.

  • Wednesday, June 26 through Sunday, June 30: Julio Gonzalez

Julio Gonzalez has taken the comedy world, and the Las Vegas Strip, by storm. Julio’s comedy is based on his bilingual upbringing and life experiences including weight loss, relationships, society, women and living life to the fullest. His comedy has earned him a residency at the award-winning L.A. Comedy Club inside The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas. While Gonzalez is living his dream job as a comedian, he uses his platform to be the difference he would like to see in the world. He frequently hosts complimentary shows for first responders and teachers as well as collects donations of non-perishable food items and clothing in support of local food banks and shelters resulting in over two tons of food and more than 1000 articles of clothes helping homeless and low income families.
